Helpdesk/Internal Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-house and outgoing HK construction site support services for different projects
- Provide remote assistance support services for China sites
- Set up and configure various operating systems on PC
- Install general PC Desktop Applications
- Provide Video Conferencing Systems support services and email profile set up
- Provide troubleshooting workstation applications
- Assist on-site supervisor for handling and following up the outstanding cases, incidents and on-going issues
- Assist in providing documents preparation and handling such as invoice, order, delivery note, quotation etc
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma holder in Computer Science or IT related discipline
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in PC support and troubleshooting is a plus
- Familiar with all round maintenance including PC, notebook, printer, sever, and other networking accessories
- Excellent customer service attitude, good at reporting and self management
- Result-oriented and performance-oriented, a self-learner on new technologies
- Good team player and good problem solving skill
- Fluent in Putonghua and Simplified Chinese Input methods would definitely be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
