SALES/ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Based in Penang
- Responsible for sales revenue for the assigned northern territory in Malaysia
- Sales of software and hardware solutions for the Manufacturing industries
- Drive business of product range in northern territories for Malaysia
- Work with the technical team to present value propositions to customers/prospects
- Cold calling to generate new business
- Presentations and value selling of software applications to prospects and customers
- Expand client base and maintain existing accounts through excellent customer service
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (Mechanical Engineering Degree an added advantage)
- Technical software applications sales experience is a MUST
- “Hunter” profile type of sales person
- Familiar with activity-based selling
- Proven SALES track record
- Knowledge in CAD/CAM/CAE, PLM space a BIG advantage
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proactive, highly-motivated and results-oriented
- Team player with outgoing personality and good interpersonal skills
- Occasional travelling required
