LIEMG Language Center is the educational arm of Lin’s International Education Management Group of Companies that provides international language training (such as English, Mandarin, Fukien, French, Japanese, and Filipino) to individuals of all ages and academic support for both local and foreign students. Located at the Ground Floor of Rose Garden 2 Building, No. 64 Rosal St. Villa Teresa Subd. Marulas, Valenzuela City, LIEMG Language Center assures students of a conducive and effective learning environment.

While LIEMG Language Center’s programs are designed to meet local and international standards and to ensure its students are equipped to face the challenges of an English-speaking global market, the classes are made relaxed, enjoyable, and interactive. Information is presented in a format that is easy to understand and the instructors work closely with students to give each the attention he/she needs. The Language Center teaches its students to “think in English” and to use the language like a native English speaker would, resulting in skills that are much more effective for clear English communication.
ESL Teacher/ Tutor/ Instructor
(National Capital Reg – Marulas, VALENZUELA CITY)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present lessons that will enable students to learn English Skills and Concepts according to their needs; and offer clear directions, explanations, and deadlines for assignments.
- Develop and maintain a comfortable and orderly class atmosphere that will promote and support learning.
- Encourage students to ask questions and strive to answer them.
- Be demanding of work, but also considerate of feelings.
- Help students learn problem-solving skills and to see the importance of English in their everyday lives.
- Responsible for the students assigned to you to promote and support the English learning and mastery.
- Responsible to handle approximately 4-10 quality classes per day (offline) and 10-21 classes per day (online).
- Be willing to listen to student concerns and problems.
- Responsible for giving assistance to new tutors all the time.
- Recognize the efforts of students, and enjoy their individual growth.
- Maintain high-quality teaching as evidenced by monthly evaluation results.
- Responsible on recording student’s time and date of sessions and to confirm the student’s eligibility to attend classes from the Accounting Department; and timely submission of accomplishment and/or progress reports.
Requirements:
- Teachers/ Tutors/ Instructors of English/ Chinese/ Japanese for Offline/ Abroad positions are AVAILABLE.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Professional License is an advantage. (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
- High TOEFL/ IELTS result is an advantage.
- Background in the field of Education/ Teaching/ Training, Linguistics/ Languages or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English (Knowledge on Chinese, Korean, or Japanese language is a plus!)
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Education or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City, Philippines (Offline ESL Tutor)
- Willing to work for long hours
- Willing to travel
- Must be dynamic and willing to be trained.
