BIM Coordinator (Temp.) – Hong Kong
KWP (Konstruct West Partners) is an internationally well-known architecture and production services company. We are now seeking a temporary BIM Coordinator to join.
These highly talented and experienced BIM Coodinator must have extensive skills and experience utilizing Revit to produce 3D Architectural presentation drawings and construction documents.
SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have at least 3+ years of professional experience utilizing Revit (BIM software) within an architectural office environment.
*Manage industry/client relationships ‘ establishing/maintaining relationships with BIM contacts with owners, designers and subcontractors,
*Mentor/supervise BIM specialists and other BIM users.
*Ensure projects are meeting BIM goals
*Monitor BIM project kick-off and support on-site BIM Specialists.
* Must have strong communication skills and an ability to thrive working within a team oriented collaborative environment.
