STC – Sales Manager (Station in Beijing)
Our client is one of the largest travel management company in Hong Kong and has a good reputation of serving corporate clients. As our client is planning to expand their business in China, we are now looking for high caliber candidates to fill the Sales Manager positions in Beijing.
Responsibilities:

Uphold the image of the Company in accordance with company’s image positioning in the market.
*
Recommend penetration strategies to develop and expand the operation and strive to achieve the business targets;
*
Ensure smooth operation and monitor the continuous provision of quality services to customers;
*
Maintain strong relationship with our high-net-worth (profitable) clients and develop new clients’ network and business;
*
Build and maintain a high quality and motivated team to achieve operation and corporate goals;
*
Assist the General Manager to oversee the Finance and Human Resources functions in particular the credit operation.
Requirements:
*
At least 6 years of experience in travel or hospitality industry
*
Track record of expanding sales/ business and growing teams
*
Good connection with airlines and hotels
*
Excellent knowledge in corporate travel business and maintained good relationship with key accounts
*
Solid experience in China market
*
Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin (Cantonese a plus)
*
Experienced candidates from retail travel business who show strong ability and business insight will also be considered
